Sleeping Problems

Kids with ADHD may have problems in sitting still, and chances that they may stay up all night is high, which might give them sleeping problems.

According to what I've read in the internet, sleeping problems can worsen the symptoms of ADHD for it can affect the way ADHD kids concentrate in doing things. Usually, parents just let their kids sleep late because they know it's one of the factor of having ADHD, which is not an effective parenting. Now we must try our best in getting them to bed. You may tell some bedtime stories or lie with your kid in their bed until they go to sleep.

There are a lot of ways, just remember to assure that your kid gets enough sleep for him/her to focus well everyday.

Because of this, you might want to start by inviting one to two friends to play with your ADHD kid. You can even reward them for showing a nice behavior while he/she is with his/her friends. This'll help them get the idea of what is the acceptable and unacceptable behaviors in the society.
