Creating an Effective Routine

In raising a normal kid, we follow some simple routines. But for an ADHD kid, creating an effective routine is very essential, and it requires a lot of patience in finding the right routine to follow for a kid with ADHD.

A lot of routines may be applied, but the right and effective choice is in you. You can determine it by observing your child first. When you apply this certain routing, does it discipline him/her? Does it meet your expectations? If not, then change to another one. That's why it is important for you to be patient, because only you are the one who knows what is good for your child.

So, start creating an effective routine now, to help your child cope up for having this kind of disorder.
